I learned about his passing and could feel the middle of my torso sink as i sat on my couch. It was shocking. The enormity of what he brought to the world felt and still feels so large. I’m so thankful for what he gave the world. A bright and sad life, as I see it from afar, I choose to reflect on the brilliant musical ability and shining spirit he expressed and captured on documented recordings for us to enjoy presently and into the future. I love what MJ added to my life and it would be hard to imagine my life without Michael Jackson. He was a part of so many moments. My first audio tapes were Mj Bad and La Bamba soundtrack. I danced as a kid because of breakdancers, and Michael Jackson. As I made it, I felt waves of emotion that, in the end, just made me give thanks. Feeling positive reflection on all of the music of his that I continue to discover to this day.

That’s ashame. He had some good music. More and more people are dying young.
May Michael Jackson rest in peace despite some of the negative things said about him.
agreed. may have done wrong, may not have, but wrong was also done to him. complicated life. Giving thanks regardless. The power and beauty of his music cannot be denied and should not be forgotten.
also.. i own more “vinyl” and records than I used on here.. I simply noted that .. um just because i wanted to make clear what happened on this one. yeahhh
