
This morning I made Quinoa & Beef Meatballs to take with me for fooood.
RECIPE
- Beef + Bread Crumbs + Quinoa = make balls & cook on skillet.
* background info- at home we currently have grass-fed beef, raw dairy products, and vegetables.
These serve as the basis for most of my meals. I’ve been exploring basic foods and quinoa is part of that journey toward finding REAL nutritional minimally-processed foods.
