this thing is good.
not fair trade, but delicious and better tasting than the lesser % and sweeter chocolate bar, the “Dark Chocolate” bar they also offer ( the brown wrapper one ).

This bar, and all the pound plus bars they offer, are thick and hard to break. This 72% red wrapper bar is my favorite. It is rich, not too sweet, and a little dry. yum.

For an ongoing chocolate supply, it is suggested.
