Hey Everyone! We have something extra special for you this week! To give you a little hint at what we have coming up in the very near future, today you all have the honor of hearing an unreleased gem from the vaults. In 2008, Induce was asked by longtime friend and 2x Grammy Nominee Jack Splash (Cee-Lo Green, R. Kelly, Alicia Keys, John Legend) to remix the single, “Lovetoy” from PlantLife’s Time Traveller LP. For one reason or another, this remix has never seen the light of day until now.
Produced entirely on analog gear, Induce summons the spirit of filter house and French Touch while staying true to the original techniques with his use of the archaic EMU SP-1200 drum machine, a couple of 12″s, analog vocoder, Fender Rhodes, and Moogerfooger filter pedal.
